Rescuing an Old Naples Remodel Project

Sonrise was asked to rescue a renovation project in Old Naples being performed by a poorly qualified contractor. The home, located on the 18th green of the Moorings Country Club, required the extensive removal of work poorly performed by the previous contractor. In addition. Multiple permitting problems had to be resolved including a critical FEMA approval needed to achieve the design outcome desired by the owner. The permitting problems created by the previous contractor proved challenging to resolve.

The project involved the entire interior of the home including complete kitchen and bath renovations along with new flooring, interior and exterior doors, windows, trim moldings, electrical work and paint throughout the home. Exterior work included re-engineering the roof to properly support the removal of exterior columns creating an unobstructed view of the pool and golf course. Concrete repair with a new paver pool deck and fencing was also performed along with exterior wall repair and fresh paint.

Below are photos to show some highlights of this Sonrise project.
