Sonrise doesn’t just build new homes and remodel existing interiors. We completed an exterior project on a 9-building, 17-unit condominium and its covered parking. Located in Old Naples near 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street South. The project involved a complete update, including new roofs, new siding, new balconies, new lanais, and new landscaping.
